This week’s feature vendor, January 22nd, 2015:
Johnson Family Farm
Don't miss out on farm fresh dry-curd cottage cheese, butter or cream!
Brian and Sharon Johnson are one of the few small producers in Alberta who sell their own farm fresh cream, butter, buttermilk and dry-curd cottage cheese. But it doesn’t end there; the Johnson’s also have available for sale farm-fresh beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and sausages just to name a few.
It’s a lot of hard work milking cows morning and night, 365 days a year! That hard work however has garnered them a loyal following at Salisbury – a diverse set of customers who are willing to drive several miles to stock up on farm fresh dairy products from cows that are raised as naturally as possible.
Farm fresh butter and cream are their best sellers so plan on being at Salisbury early Thursday; Johnson’s sell out of some products quickly!
The first 20 customers to make a purchase at the Johnson Family Farm booth on Thursday, January 22nd, 2015 will each receive $5 in Salisbury Market Bucks towards their next vendor purchase at the market on January 22nd.
